Leadership
Steven R. Corder, CPA, CGMA
President and Shareholder
Steve is a former manager at KPMG Peat Marwick who began his public accounting career in 1984 and joined KCM in 1991. Steve is an instructor for various AICPA courses on auditing nonprofit organizations and was a board member of the Colorado Society of CPAs, serving as Board Chair from 2015-2016. Steve is a graduate of the University of Nebraska.
Maria M. Montoya, CPA
Managing Director and Shareholder
Maria joined KCM in July 1998 after receiving her Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, in Accounting from Regis University. Maria became a Director of the firm in 2010 and Managing Director on January 1, 2022. She currently serves on the board of Colorado Nonprofit Development Center, the Finance Committee of Mile High United Way, and the Leadership Advisory Committee of the Colorado Nonprofit Association.
Thomas J. Kundinger
Retired, Former Managing Director and Shareholder
Tom practiced public accounting since 1968 and was formerly the partner-in-charge of the nonprofit practice at KPMG Peat Marwick-Denver before starting KCM in 1991. Tom is a past-president of the Colorado Society of CPAs and a former instructor for AICPA and FASB courses on accounting for nonprofit organizations.

Tiffany K. Knight, CPA
Director and Shareholder
Tiffany graduated from Metropolitan State College of Denver and joined KCM in 2006, becoming a director in 2015. She currently serves on the Member Connections Committee, Nonprofit Working Group, and is the audit committee chair for the Colorado Society of CPAs in addition to being a board member for their Educational Foundation.
Kristin L. Calder, CPA
Director and Shareholder
Kristin began her public accounting career in Denver with Hanson and Co. in July 2006. She graduated from the University of Colorado and joined KCM in August 2009, becoming a director in 2018. She is on the Board of Directors and Audit and Compliance Committee for the Community First Foundation.
Ken J. Fichter, CPA
Director and Shareholder
Ken is a 2005 graduate of Colorado State University, with a bachelor's degree in Economics, and a 2014 graduate of Metropolitan State University of Denver's Master of Professional Accountancy program. He joined KCM in July 2014 and became a director in 2022.
Amanda S. Good, CPA
Director
Amanda joined KCM in April 2021, and became a director in 2025. Prior to joining KCM, Amanda worked for five years with a regional public accounting firm in Maryland. She specializes in Single Audits and assists clients in determining new efficiencies in procedures and developing templates when new standards are implemented.

Karen F. Snuffer, CPA
Senior Manager
Karen was an accountant at the Denver Art Museum from 1992 to 1999 and joined KCM in August 1999. She is a graduate of Regis University.
Judy R. Hartman, CPA
Senior Manager
Judy is a graduate of Metropolitan State University of Denver's Master of Professional Accountancy program and joined KCM in January 2016.
Emma C. Bodine, CPA
Senior Manager
Emma began her public accounting career at KCM in January 2017 upon earning her Master of Professional Accountancy degree from the Metropolitan State University of Denver. She currently serves as Treasurer for Reach Out and Read Colorado.

Manager
Chris is a graduate of Metropolitan State University of Denver's Master of Professional Accountancy program and joined KCM in July 2017.

Jenna J. Haynes, CPA
Senior Auditor
Jenna is a graduate of Metropolitan State University of Denver's Master of Professional Accountancy program. She joined KCM in February 2023. Prior to joining KCM, Jenna worked for 5 years in fund accounting.
Michelle T. Piccone, CPA
Senior Auditor
Michelle is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder. Prior to starting with KCM in September 2025, she was a senior auditor with Crowe LLP in their diversified audit group.
Lauren N. Snyder
Senior Auditor
Lauren is a graduate of New Mexico State University and then earned her Master of Professional Accountancy at Metropolitan State University of Denver. She joined KCM in July 2019.
Brett W. Turnacliff

Brett is a graduate of Metropolitan State University of Denver's Master of Professional Accountancy program and joined KCM in September 2019.

Jacob is a graduate of Regis University and joined KCM in June 2021.
Nicholas F. Foos
Senior Auditor
Nicholas earned his Master of Accountancy degree from Texas Tech University in August 2021 and is currently seeking his Master of Business Administration. He joined KCM in March 2022.
Roxanne K. Rounsborg
Senior Auditor
Roxanne is a 2022 graduate from the University of Colorado Denver where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She joined KCM in April 2022.

Shawna L. Slavinski
Staff Auditor
Shawna graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western State College in Gunnison, CO and a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Regis University in Denver, CO. She joined KCM in August 2023.
Lowell Dillon
Staff Auditor
Lowell graduated from Franciscan University in May 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance. He is currently working towards attaining his CPA. He joined KCM in August 2023.
Alexandrea Hennessy
Staff Auditor
Alex graduated in December 2023 from the University of Colorado Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She joined KCM in February 2024. She is currently working towards her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting at Colorado State University Global.
Janjao Keller
Staff Auditor
Janjao graduated in April 2024 from Colorado Technical University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is originally from Thailand and joined KCM in May 2024.
Pujan Shrestha

Pujan is a recent graduate of Metropolitan State University of Denver's Master of Professional Accountancy program. He joined KCM in May 2024.
Giselle Abundez-Abundez

Giselle graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver in May 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She joined KCM in July 2024.
Jesiah A. Lopez

Jesiah earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from Metropolitan State University of Denver and is currently pursuing a master's degree in accounting. Jesiah joined KCM in March 2025.
Marni T. Horan

Marni is a 15-year veteran of nonprofits, working directly with vulnerable folks in the Denver Metro area. She graduated with her Master of Professional Accountancy degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver. She joined KCM in July 2025.
